I used a wildly neon green in this scarf and I like the way it lightens up the fabric.

oh, i love it. it's certainly not my colour, but it looks happy and fluffy and all-around frivolous. :)
Ruffles are fascinating! I played it safe and did this in crochet, but I want to do more knitted ruffles.
